Every piece in the Archive is crafted with intention.

Because of this, we honor exchanges over returns to keep our vault curated and sustainable.


Regular Drops:

Exchanges-

You may request an exchange within 7 days of delivery.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

Exchanges are subject to availability.

If your size is sold out, you will receive store credit to use on future drops.


Store Credit Only-

All approved returns will be processed as store credit — no refunds to original payment.

Store credit never expires.


Limited Pieces / Archival Drops:


Final Sale-

Due to the exclusive nature of our archival pieces, no exchanges, returns, or store credit are offered.

All sales are final.


Damaged or Incorrect Items


If you receive a damaged or incorrect piece, please email us within 48 hours of delivery and we’ll take care of you.
