Every piece in the Archive is crafted with intention.
Because of this, we honor exchanges over returns to keep our vault curated and sustainable.
Regular Drops:
Exchanges-
• You may request an exchange within 7 days of delivery.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
• Exchanges are subject to availability.
• If your size is sold out, you will receive store credit to use on future drops.
Store Credit Only-
• All approved returns will be processed as store credit — no refunds to original payment.
• Store credit never expires.
Limited Pieces / Archival Drops:
Final Sale-
• Due to the exclusive nature of our archival pieces, no exchanges, returns, or store credit are offered.
• All sales are final.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect piece, please email us within 48 hours of delivery and we’ll take care of you.
