Shipping policy

PROCESSING TIMES

Each piece is handled with care as part of our archival workflow.

  • Standard processing: 1–3 business days

  • High-demand drops / limited releases: 3–5 business days

Processing time is separate from shipping time. Once your order is scanned by the carrier, you will receive tracking information.


DOMESTIC SHIPPING (USA)

All orders are shipped from Texas.

Standard Shipping (USPS First Class): 3–7 business days.

Shipping time begins once your order has been processed and handed to the carrier.

Please note: Carrier may experience delays during holidays, peak seasons, or extreme weather conditions.


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International shipping is available to select countries.

  • Delivery typically takes 7–21 business days depending on customs clearance and local postal services.

  • Duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the customer and vary by region.

Vixen Archives is not responsible for delays caused by customs.


TRACKING

Once your order is dispatched, a tracking number will be emailed or texted to you (depending on what you provided at checkout).
Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update after the carrier receives your package.


DELIVERED BUT NOT RECEIVED

If tracking shows “Delivered” but your package has not been received:

  1. Check with neighbors or building staff

  2. Verify that the shipping address was entered correctly

  3. Allow 24 additional hours 

Vixen Archives is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they have been marked as delivered.
For further assistance, please contact the carrier directly.


INCORRECT ADDRESSES

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.

If your order has not been shipped yet, email us immediately at:

Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to modify the address.


RETURNED PACKAGE / FAILED DELIVERY

If a package is returned to us due to:

  • incorrect or incomplete address

  • refusal

  • failure to pick up

You may request reshipment (shipping cost applies).
Refunds are not provided for failed deliveries due to incorrect information.


SHIPPING DAMAGES

If your order arrives damaged, please email:

with photos of the packaging and item within 48 hours of delivery.

We will review on a case-by-case basis.


PREORDER ITEMS

Preorder items will ship on or after the estimated ship date listed on the product page.
Orders containing both in-stock and preorder items may ship together.
